🛍️ 1. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of products including computer accessories, electronics, copper & brass homeware, stationery, refurbished goods, and more — all at competitive prices.

 

🚚 2. How long does delivery take?

  • India (Domestic): 3–7 working days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 working days (only in selected regions)
    Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

 

💳 3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on selected products and locations

 

🔁 4. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Note: Refurbished or clearance items are non-returnable.

 

💵 5. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account (in case of COD).

 

❌ 6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
After the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

 

🔒 7. Is it safe to shop on Shopodap?

Yes. Your data and payment details are 100% secure. We use encrypted payment gateways and never share your personal information with third parties.

 

📦 8. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track your order in the “My Account > Orders” section.
